Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (but any other kind would do)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or any other flavour)

  • 0.5 frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder or instant coffee powder, a shot of espresso would work, too.

  • 0.25 cup coffee (or any other) flavored yogurt

  • 0.25 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 0.5 cup crushed ice

  • Sweetener/sugar/honey to taste (optional)

Directions


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
