Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (but any other kind would do)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or any other flavour)
0.5 frozen banana
1 teaspoon espresso powder or instant coffee powder, a shot of espresso would work, too.
0.25 cup coffee (or any other) flavored yogurt
0.25 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
0.5 cup crushed ice
Sweetener/sugar/honey to taste (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
