Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup coconut-flavored yogurt (but any kind will do)

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or even better use a little chunk of fresh ginger)

  • 1/2 cup ice

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
