Ingredients
2 apples
150g frozen raspberries
150ml natural yogurt (any will do)
2 tbsp porridge oats
½ lemon, juiced
100ml milk (any will do)
Directions
Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it’s too thick.
