Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (but any kind would do)
1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (can substitute cinnamon and ginger)
1 frozen banana sliced
1 cup ice
Directions
Add milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, banana, and ice to blender.
Blend on smoothie cycle or high speed until smooth.
