Ingredients
1 c. almond or vanilla soy milk (but any other kind would do), chilled
4 slices fresh or frozen peaches (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 c. blueberries
Handful of kale
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
In a blender, combine the soy milk, peaches, kale, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
