Ingredients

  • 1 c. almond or vanilla soy milk (but any other kind would do), chilled

  • 4 slices fresh or frozen peaches (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1/4 c. blueberries

  • Handful of kale

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions


  1. In a blender, combine the soy milk, peaches, kale, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
