1 cup roughly torn lacinato kale
1 medium-size frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (but any other kind would do)
1/2 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon sliced peeled fresh ginger
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
