Ingredients

  • 1 cup roughly torn lacinato kale

  • 1 medium-size frozen banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (but any other kind would do)

  • 1/2 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1/4 ripe avocado

  • 1/2 teaspoon sliced peeled fresh ginger

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
