  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 4 – 5 large strawberries hulled

  • 1 small apple cored

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 1/4 cups water to taste

  1. Blitz ingredients in a blender or food processor, or with a hand blender, until smooth.
