Ingredients
1 cup fat-free milk (but any other kind would do)
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 banana, frozen and chunked
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Blend milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter, spinach, and ice cubes until smooth.
