Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (or romaine)

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any other kind)

  • 2 cups chopped raw carrots

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple

  • 1 banana

  • 2 mangos (or clementines)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • dash of ground cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Directions


  1. Blend the spinach (or romaine) and milk until smooth.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.

  3. Optional: Top with pistachios or toasted coconut for added flavour.
