Ingredients
1 cup chopped spinach (or romaine)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any other kind)
2 cups chopped raw carrots
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 banana
2 mangos (or clementines)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of ground cinnamon and/or nutmeg
Directions
Blend the spinach (or romaine) and milk until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
Optional: Top with pistachios or toasted coconut for added flavour.
