Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup (160 ml) apple juice

  • 1 cup (240 ml) low-fat vanilla yogurt (or any other kind)

  • 2 (300 g) medium apples, halved, seeded

  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice

  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Directions


  1. Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed and secure the lid.

  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary.
