Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low fat milk (but any kind will do)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (but any kind will do)

  • 1/4 cup instant or quick oats

  • 1 apple cut into 1/2-1″ chunks (not peeled, unless you really want to!)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 6-8 ice cubes

Directions


  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
