Ingredients
3/4 cup light coconut milk (but any other kind would do)
1 dragon fruit
1 cup blackberries
Directions
The night before put coconut milk in an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
Peel dragon fruit with a knife or by hand
Add dragon fruit, frozen coconut milk cubes and blackberries to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
