Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk (but any other kind would do)

  • 1 dragon fruit

  • 1 cup blackberries

Directions


  1. The night before put coconut milk in an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.

  2. Peel dragon fruit with a knife or by hand

  3. Add dragon fruit, frozen coconut milk cubes and blackberries to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Serve and enjoy immediately.
